As Customer Service Administrator your role is to work and support the team within the sales office.
You will be expected to work to strict deadlines.
This may include from time to time working with third parties to create and deliver sales and marketing activities / projects that will promote the Phruit brand, for the UK contact centre business and the data sales proposition.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Input sales orders on SAGE
• Use SAGE for prospecting information
• Be responsible for any incentives or gifts for clients (sourcing, delivery etc )
• Database cleansing as and when required via the telephone or email
• Annual Customer Service Survey
• Ensure the kitchen and office areas are tidy and presentable
• Make refreshments twice a day for the team, and clients or suppliers as and when required
• Manage the TV output in the office
• Update and manage white boards in the office
• Adhock event assistance to the Marketing assistant
• Web research
• Lead generation via web, local magazines, papers
• Support and work with the Sales and Marketing assistant on managing daily news from all departments for social networking sites
• Liaise with Sales Team on obtaining competitor analysis, testimonials, photography, ideas/proposals for marketing merchandise/materials
• Maintain and develop relationships between internal departments
• Update all internal notice boards at Barnby Gate and The Barn with vacancies, articles and news items relevant to all employees.
• Be responsible for your NVQ projects, deadlines and meetings with your advisor.
You may be required by your line manager or above to do other general tasks or projects that are relevant to your position.
